The what-ifs, answered.

Yes, outside food and catering deliveries are welcome. We provide plates, cups, utensils and a food table, and we remove the painted table mats before food comes out so the eating area is clean. Our hosts don't handle food for hygiene reasons, so a parent or helper manages serving. No open flames

In a cooler bag until it's time to cut. Candles aren't allowed, but a light-up cake topper ($5.50) keeps the moment special.

Yes — the birthday child and parents may arrive 15 minutes early to set up. Please don't use duct tape on the walls.

Aprons are provided, but neon paint can stain fabric, so dress kids in clothes you don't mind marking. White or bright clothing glows under blacklight and looks great in photos.

Yes — let us know when booking and our hosts will adjust (lower the music, let your child watch first, or simplify the activity).

Yes. Adults who paint or make slime are charged the same per-pax rate as children. Adults who only watch count as non-participating guests ($5 each after the first 2 complimentary). Each child under 5 gets one free accompanying adult.

If they do the activity, yes. If they're just hanging around, they count as non-participating guests.

A deposit of $720 (Room Magic or Room Wonder) or $400 (Room Joy) secures your date. Confirm your final headcount 7 days before the party. We don't charge for kids who don't turn up on the day.

Yes — drop-off is encouraged for kids aged 5 and above; hosts supervise the whole session. Children under 5 or with special needs need an accompanying adult.

Yes — paintings are dried on the day and we provide a bag to carry them home.

Extensions are $150 per hour if the slot is free, and usually aren't available on weekends.

Serangoon has lift access for wheelchair and stroller users (the lift is reserved for them; everyone else takes the stairs). Outram Park is not wheelchair accessible.
